Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of rawhidecitylthr.com and any order placed with Rawhide City Leather, a firefighter-owned leather goods shop based in Lakeland, Florida. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them.

All pieces are made to order, by hand, with a typical lead time of 6 weeks. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and don't include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout for orders shipped within Florida in accordance with Florida sales tax law. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Custom and personalized pieces (names, station numbers, badges, insignia, and similar details) are built to your specification. Please double-check spelling, sizing, and details before submitting — once production starts, these details can't be changed.

Shipping costs, lead times, our return policy, and our limited lifetime warranty against defects are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

All text, photos, logos, and designs on this site belong to Rawhide City Leather unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Our products are leather goods and accessories, not certified safety equipment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rawhide City Leather is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including material shortages, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or an order will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
