Custom order details: if you order a custom piece, we collect whatever you give us to build it — names, station numbers, badge designs, color choices, and similar details to be stamped or stitched into your gear.

Contact information: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

Site usage: basic technical information like browser type and pages visited, collected automatically to help us understand how the site is used and fix problems.

We use your information to process and ship your order, communicate with you about that order, build custom pieces to your spec, respond to questions, and improve the site. If you've opted in to hear from us, we may occasionally send updates about new products — you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share order information only with the third parties needed to fulfill it: our checkout and payment processor (Snipcart and its payment partners) and shipping carriers (such as USPS) to deliver your order. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone for marketing purposes.
